We are a Czech law firm with a domestic and foreign clientele providing legal services at a very high level with a focus on real estate law, corporate law, criminal law, the law on the protection of personal data and contentious agenda.
We solve legal issues in contexts, and not only commercial and tax ones. We focus in particular on corporate law, M&A transactions, real estate law, litigation, insolvency and financing.
