Mgr. Martin VOLDŘICH

Mgr. Martin Voldřich is a founding partner of the LegalArt law firm. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2008. In his law practice to date, Martin Voldřich focuses mainly on corporate law, real estate law, enforcement of claims, personal data protection law and criminal law.
In all the above mentioned areas Martin Voldřich is involved in providing legal advice to domestic and foreign clients.

JUDr. Darja PAVLORKOVÁ

JUDr. Darja Pavlorková is a founding partner of LegalArt law firm.
She specializes in corporate consulting, contract law, real estate projects, acquisitions, sales and company transformations, both on the sellers’ and buyers’ side.
Darja Pavlorková has a long-standing practice in civil law, family law, employment law and criminal law.
In all the above mentioned areas Darja Pavlorková is involved in providing legal advice to domestic and foreign clients.
Before starting her work at the LegalArt law firm, she worked as an cooperating attorney and law clerk in a leading Czech law firm. Darja Pavlorková graduated from the Master’s degree programme in Law and Legal Studies at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. In 2022 she successfully passed the rigorous examination and thus obtained the title of JUDr.
JUDr. Darja Pavlorková provides legal advice in Czech, English and Polish.
Mgr. Martin PECUCH

Mgr. Martin Pecuch graduated in 2023 from the Master’s degree programme in Law and Legal Science at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. He is mostly interested in criminal and business law and also specializes in personal data protection and civil law.
What fascinates him the most about law is that it sets the rules for the functioning of everything around us, even though we are often not necessarily aware of it. There are multiple ways of looking at each legal norm and everyone has a different perception of it, while its interpretation may change over time based on social progress and is eventually replaced by a new, more appropriate legal norm. At the same time, this is the complexity but also the diversity of law, which does not remain rigid but is constantly evolving.
Mgr. Pavla SEDLÁČKOVÁ

Mgr. Pavla SEDLÁČKOVÁ graduated in 2018 from the Master’s degree programme in Law and Legal Science at the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. After graduating, she specialized in several key areas of legal practice, including corporate law, compliance, anti-money laundering (AML), and data protection (GDPR).
As part of her practice, Mgr. SEDLÁČKOVÁ focuses primarily on advising business corporations, where she provides comprehensive legal support in the establishment and management of companies, including the preparation of contractual documentation, negotiations with business partners, and the resolution of legal issues related to the day-to-day running of the business. With its expertise in compliance and AML, it ensures that clients comply with relevant legislation and internal rules, which is key to minimizing risks and protecting against legal sanctions.
In addition to Czech law, Mgr. SEDLÁČKOVÁ is also a specialist in data protection issues under the GDPR, where she helps organizations implement data protection procedures and policies, provides employee training and assesses the risks associated with data processing. Her language skills include fluency in both Czech and English, which enables her to communicate effectively with clients and partners not only in the Czech Republic but also abroad.
